How this desk is organised

Bali Villa Investment Atelier is a desk, not a line-up of profiles. What follows is the set of jobs the desk covers for stays and on-the-ground arrangements, and who is accountable for each of them.

Property vetting. Visits or verifies the property, checks the licence and the room or villa count, and records what the photographs leave out.
Availability and rates. Confirms live availability and the rate that will actually be charged, including taxes and service, before quoting.
Booking and payment. Sets out the deposit, balance and cancellation terms in writing and holds the reservation against them.
Fact checking. Checks seasons, access, distances and published prices against the property and official sources.

Why there are no names on this page

This page names no individuals. A stated qualification should survive being asked for proof; where ours would not, it is left out entirely. If it matters to you who is handling your file, ask. You will be told the name of the person on it and what they are responsible for, in writing, before you commit to anything.

What we publish, and how it is checked

Every rule, fee and timing on this site is traceable to an operator or an official document. If we could not confirm it, the page says so rather than presenting a guess in the same voice as a verified fact.
